Thrombocytopenia is seen rarely after tetanus-diphtheria (Td) vaccination. The majority
of cases occur in children who have received the mumps, measles, rubella vaccination.
There are a few reported cases after tetanus vaccination. Td vaccination is administered
routinely throughout the world (

). We describe the case of a healthy adult who developed thrombocytopenia after administration
