An Unusual Case of Flank Pain: More Than Just an Inguinal Hernia

      A 56-year-old male presented to the emergency department (ED) complaining of lower abdominal pain and dysuria for 2 days. He initially visited an urgent care center, where he was found to be tachycardic and febrile. He was transferred to our ED for further evaluation.
